About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced PeopleSoft Techno-Functional professional to work on critical application development, integration, support, upgrades, and modernization initiatives.
The candidate will be responsible for PeopleSoft development, integrations, reporting, production support, technical design, and collaboration with functional consultants and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and customize PeopleSoft applications using PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, and Integration Broker
Design and develop SQR, XML Publisher, PS Query, and nVision reports
Support PeopleSoft upgrades, patches, enhancements, and system optimization
Develop and maintain inbound/outbound integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Broker, and file-based interfaces
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide production support
Perform code reviews, unit testing, deployment, and quality assurance
Work closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders
Maintain technical documentation and conduct knowledge transfer
Follow coding standards, security requirements, and PeopleSoft best practices
Mandatory Skills
✅ 10+ years hands-on PeopleSoft Techno-Functional experience
✅ Strong PeopleCode experience
✅ Strong PeopleTools knowledge
✅ Application Engine

✅ REST/SOAP API integrations
✅ PeopleSoft Financials and HCM experience
✅ SQR, XML Publisher, PS Query, nVision
✅ SQL / PL-SQL and relational database concepts
✅ PeopleSoft production support / troubleshooting
✅ Upgrade, patch, enhancement experience
✅ Willing to work 5 days from office in Chennai
