Role Description This is a full-time, on-site PMS Co-ordinator role based in New Delhi. The PMS Co-ordinator will manage and update planned maintenance systems for assigned vessels, ensuring all equipment and machinery maintenance schedules are accurately recorded and followed. The role involves coordinating with technical, operations, and purchasing teams to plan maintenance activities, track spare parts, and support timely execution of work. The PMS Co-ordinator will monitor compliance with class, flag, and company standards, generate maintenance and performance reports, and follow up on outstanding tasks with vessel and office teams. The position also requires maintaining documentation, supporting audits, and contributing to continuous improvement of maintenance processes and system usage.
Qualifications
Experience in expediting and expeditor-related activities, ensuring timely delivery of materials and documentation.
Skills in expediting within marine or industrial projects, with the ability to follow up with vendors and stakeholders.
Project management capabilities, including planning, tracking milestones, and coordinating maintenance-related projects.
Inspection experience for shipboard equipment or technical systems, with attention to detail and compliance standards.
Logistics management skills to support spare parts planning, inventory coordination, and shipment follow-up.
Understanding of planned maintenance systems (PMS) and technical documentation, preferably in the marine industry.
Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in MS Office and maintenance or ERP software.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural, cross-functional team.
Relevant technical or marine engineering education (diploma or degree) or equivalent industry experience.
Knowledge of marine regulations, class and flag requirements, and safety standards is an advantage.
