Role Description The Director of Product Management is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading product strategy and execution across QuickNode’s core offerings. This role oversees a team of product managers, setting clear priorities, defining roadmaps, and ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with engineering, design, marketing, and go-to-market teams to define requirements, ship features, and optimize existing products. The Director will analyze product performance and user data, identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and refine the product vision accordingly. This role also involves mentoring product managers, establishing best practices, and communicating product goals and outcomes to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Product Management skills, including end-to-end ownership of product lifecycles and roadmap development.
Candidates should possess Product Strategy and Analytical Skills to define product vision, prioritize initiatives, and make data-informed decisions.
Candidates should possess Team Leadership capabilities to coach product managers, foster collaboration, and build high-performing cross-functional teams.
Candidates should possess Project Management skills to manage complex initiatives, coordinate timelines, and ensure on-time delivery.
Experience leading products in SaaS, developer tools, or infrastructure platforms; Web3 or blockchain experience is highly beneficial.
Proven ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed environment, with clear written and verbal communication skills.
Background in product discovery, user research, and experimentation (e.g., A/B testing, MVP launches) is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience; prior director-level or senior product leadership experience strongly preferred.
