## 🎯 Roles & Responsibilities
* Screen and shortlist candidate applications.
* Schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
* Coordinate interview timings with candidates and the HR team.
* Conduct the first round of HR interviews.
* Maintain candidate records and recruitment data in Excel.
* Follow up with candidates and ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process.
* Support the recruitment team with day-to-day HR activities.
