What You'll Be Doing
Lead and coordinate daily production activities to achieve safety, quality, and operational goals
Monitor plant performance and implement improvements to optimize productivity and efficiency
Coach, develop, and support team members to drive engagement and performance
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies and procedures
Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and leadership teams to resolve issues and meet production targets

Strong knowledge of production operations, safety practices, and continuous improvement principles
Capability to analyze operational data and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment

Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

$77,180 to $102,900 annually plus bonus incentive eligibility
