What You'll Be Doing
Lead and coordinate night shift quarry production activities to achieve safe, efficient, and consistent operations.
Promote a strong safety culture by reinforcing safe work practices, identifying hazards, and supporting compliance with site procedures.
Monitor crushers, screens, conveyors, and other production equipment to maintain product quality and maximize operational performance.
Coordinate work assignments and provide hands-on guidance to team members to meet production priorities and daily goals.
Partner with operations and maintenance teams to troubleshoot equipment issues, minimize downtime, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
What Are We Looking For
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and effectively communicate with team members in a production or industrial environment.
Working knowledge of aggregate production, crushing, screening, conveying, or similar heavy industrial operations.
Strong commitment to safety with the ability to recognize hazards, reinforce safe work practices, and support established procedures.
Ability to prioritize work, solve operational problems, make sound decisions, and respond effectively to changing production needs.
Ability to work a night shift schedule and perform the essential functions of the position in a quarry and heavy industrial environment.
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to a post-offer background check, post-offer pre-employment physical examination, and drug screen.
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
Physical Demands
Ability to frequently stand, walk, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, and navigate uneven or elevated surfaces throughout the shift.
Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds as needed to support production activities.
Ability to safely access and navigate quarry and plant equipment, including climbing onto and around crushers, screens, conveyors, and other production equipment for inspections and operational support.
Ability to perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and coordination, including using hand tools, operating controls, and handling materials or equipment.
Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and perform physical job duties for extended periods in an active quarry and production environment.

Starting Pay $28.00 per hour DOE (depending on experience)
