What You'll Be Doing
This position is responsible for managing purchase order disbursements and supporting Accounts Payable operations through SAP, Ariba, and Basware.
Key responsibilities include processing invoices, monitoring PO-related transactions, ensuring payment accuracy, maintaining vendor records, and supporting overall AP compliance and reporting activities.
What Are We Looking For
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Understanding of three-way matching (PO, Goods Receipt, Invoice)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Strong communication skills with vendors, buyers, operations, and management
Knowledge of accounting principles and internal controls
Ability to identify and resolve invoice and payment exceptions
SAP/Basware experience is a plus
Conditions of Employment

Work Environment
Role operates primarily in an office environment with standard business hours.
