We are looking for a Product Manager (or a strong Project Manager with a product mindset) to take ownership of the user experience within our main client dashboard. Your goal will be to support, scale, and dedicatedly evolve this direction.
What You Will Be Doing:
Work on the redesign the main dashboard home page and build end-to-end activation flows (product tours, checklists, contextual hints, gamification) to guide new clients from initial login to full production deployment.
Create a self-serve communication system (pop-ups, feature adoption nudges, announcements, promo campaigns) enabling marketing and product teams to reach targeted users at the right time without continuous engineering intervention.
Run A/B tests, map user funnels, and continuously measure performance against activation speed, feature adoption, and client retention.
Take features across the entire product lifecycle—from early concept and clear milestone definition to cross-functional alignment and final production launch.
Act as the central node between Product, Design, Marketing, and Engineering to turn fragmented business requests into a unified system. Collaborate on related projects like the service marketplace (purchasing/activating add-on services) and Web SDK evolution.
About You:
Proven track record of defining clear milestones, working through technical and design constraints, and pushing features across the finish line to production.
Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to align engineering, UI/UX design, marketing, and business leads.
Comfortable analyzing onboarding funnels, building hypothesis-led experiments, and optimizing metrics for user activation and adoption.
Fluent English (from C1).
Prior experience in B2B SaaS platforms, complex dashboards, or developer-focused product ecosystems will be a plus.
