Marketing Intern, Social Content & Brand Rollout (3 month Internship)

About the role

Expereo is going through a major brand relaunch, and we need an extra pair of hands who can move between creative and hands-on production work. This role has two clear sides: making and posting short-form social video (primarily TikTok), and rolling our new brand through the company's everyday documents and templates. It suits someone who enjoys creating content but is also happy with careful, detailed, repetitive work done to a high standard.
What you'll do
Social content
Plan, film, edit and post TikTok content that brings Expereo's brand and culture to life
Turn company moments, launches and behind-the-scenes footage into short, engaging videos
Keep a simple content calendar and post consistently
Track content performance (views, saves, follows) and feed back what's working
Stay on top of format and trend changes so our content stays current
Brand rollout on company documents
Apply the new brand to Word documents, PowerPoint decks and other templates
Rebuild and reformat existing files to the new visual identity, accurately and consistently
Support the wider team in swapping out old assets for on-brand versions
Keep files organised, named and version-controlled so the team can always find the latest
Requirements
Bachelors Degree
Confident making short-form video on a phone: filming, editing and posting
A good eye for layout and detail, and pride in getting documents looking right
Comfortable with PowerPoint and Word; willing to learn our brand rules and stick to them
Organised, reliable and able to work through routine tasks without losing quality
Self-starting, with fresh ideas for content but happy to follow a brief
