This remote freelance role contributes to the evaluation and improvement of advanced conversational audio AI models designed for real-world customer support scenarios. You will create and perform role-play evaluations across areas such as travel, financial services, telecommunications, and technical support. The role combines strong Spanish and English communication skills with structured evaluation, audio quality assessment, and technical reasoning.
