High-Speed Converters Test and Validation Engineer

Join Nokia’s Optical Networks division and contribute to the development and validation of advanced high-speed converter technology used in next-generation optical transmission systems.
We are looking for a High-Speed ADC/DAC Test Engineer with strong hands-on laboratory experience. This is a practical, lab-focused engineering position for someone who is comfortable working directly with high-frequency test and measurement equipment and has experience characterizing Analog-to-Digital Converters (ADCs) and Digital-to-Analog Converters (DACs).
The successful candidate will spend a significant part of their time working in the lab, setting up and executing measurements, analyzing results, troubleshooting issues, and improving test methodologies for high-speed converter technologies.
We are looking for candidates with:
Master’s degree or PhD in Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related technical field.
Strong hands-on laboratory experience. Candidates should have spent significant time working directly with electronic/RF test setups and equipment.
Practical experience testing and characterizing Analog-to-Digital Converters (ADCs) and/or Digital-to-Analog Converters (DACs).
Experience with high-speed/high-frequency measurement equipment, such as oscilloscopes, network analyzers, signal generators and related RF test equipment.
