Chief Product Officer

Role Description This full-time remote Chief Product Officer role is responsible for owning the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and execution across the organization. The Chief Product Officer will lead the product management function, define product roadmaps, and prioritize initiatives based on customer needs, business goals, and data-driven insights. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams (such as engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success), overseeing product discovery and development processes, and ensuring timely delivery of high-impact product releases. The role includes mentoring and developing product leaders, establishing best practices and frameworks, and measuring product performance through key metrics and feedback loops. The Chief Product Officer will also represent the product organization in executive discussions, align product investments with corporate strategy, and champion a customer-centric culture across the company.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in Product Strategy and Product Management, including defining product vision, roadmaps, and portfolio priorities.
Strong Project Management skills, with experience overseeing complex initiatives, managing timelines, and coordinating resources.
Proven Team Leadership capabilities, including coaching, performance management, and building high-performing product teams.
Significant experience in Cross-functional Team Leadership, partnering effectively with engineering, design, operations, sales, and marketing.
Solid understanding of market research, customer discovery, and data analysis to inform product decisions.
Experience operating at an executive level, with strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with a track record of influencing strategic decisions.
Background in technology, SaaS, or product-led organizations is highly beneficial; startup or scale-up experience is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field; advanced degree (MBA or similar) preferred but not required.
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, demonstrating high accountability, adaptability, and collaboration.
