The Product Line Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, sales efficiency, and market penetration for all Skyline and Axon opportunities under $100,000. This position reports to the Director of Sales for PE Labelers and Axon.
Revenue Ownership:
Own full sales lifecycle for all opportunities under $100K
Deliver revenue targets and grow segment
Transactional Sales Execution:
Manage high-volume opportunities with fast response time
Drive quote-to-order conversion
Product Expertise:
Serve as SME for Skyline & Axon product lines
Standardize configurations, pricing, and proposals
RSM Alignment:
Enable RSM focus on strategic deals
Manage handoffs and upsell opportunities
Pipeline Development:
Build pipeline for
Target installed base and repeat business
Process Optimization:
Improve quoting speed and accuracy
Implement scalable sales processes
Reporting:
Track KPIs and provide performance insights
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (Business, Engineering, or related field)
5+ years in sales, product management, or capital equipment
Strong commercial acumen and sales discipline
Experience in packaging machinery preferred
Travel up to 50% in US and Canada
