Position Overview:
As a Junior Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for performing data and software integrations with customers to ensure they get the most out of their investment.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Meeting with clients following the sale to collect information and requirements related to setting up relevant integrations for their Raptor system, primarily:
Student Information System -> Raptor integrations
Raptor -> Student Information Systems integrations
Active Directory integrations
API integrations
Communicating with clients throughout the set-up process to ensure all parties have what they need to be successful.
Consulting with customers throughout the set-up process and beyond to ensure their data is maximizing the value of the Raptor system.
Provide data validation results to customers and guidance for improvement.
Updating key stakeholders on any deliverable or project milestone completions.
Act as a subject matter expert on integrations for all departments and collaborators.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a Business related or technical field.
