Location: Remote
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week
Time Zone: Eastern Time (ET)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Compensation: $1,500–$2,500 USD/month, depending on experience

What they’ll own
- Quantity takeoffs and material lists
- Change orders and quote review (ensure pricing aligns with scope)
- Working from incomplete plan sets when systems/details aren’t fully drawn clarifying scope and filling gaps without always being able to walk the job
- Keeping estimates current when material lists/selections change on the fly
- Dedicated estimator model (one client focus), embedded with the team
Required Skills
- New York / Long Island / Northeast residential market familiarity (product mix varies by market; NY-specific experience is very helpful)
- Experience estimating mid-to-high-end residential new construction and renovations
- Comfortable with remote collaboration and incomplete drawings
