MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must be eligible for the Federal Work Study program as determined by Northern Pennsylvania Regional College, Financial Aid Office
Current enrollment as a student in good standing
Interest in creative work, data entry, and attending NPRC events
Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Federal Work Study (FWS) – Marketing and Admissions position provides operational and creative support to the Enrollment Management Division at Northern Pennsylvania Regional College (NPRC). In this role, the FWS student will collaborate with the Marketing and Admissions teams to create, edit, and schedule content for external usage, and provide support alongside College staff, at NPRC events. If you enjoy creating content, connecting with current and future students, and lending a helping hand to make a difference for the College community, this is the position for you. Training and guidance will be provided.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Ability to assist in development of graphics and videos and take pictures to be used for NPRC initiatives
Play a role in the establishment of NPRC’s Student Content Creator Program
Desire to attend college admissions events with NPRC’s Admission and Marketing department as available and when local to the student to help recruit new students
Ability to collaborate with all members of the NPRC community
ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
Consistent access to a vehicle and/or reliable means to get to work on time every workday.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to obtain the clearances as applicable.

WORKING CONDITIONS/WORK SCHEDULE:
Office Location: Hybrid/Remote
In-person preferred, remote possible following in-person onboarding.
Work hours to be determined:
FWS students are expected to work approximately eight hours per week.
Schedule will vary based upon business needs, supervisor schedule, and student academic schedule.
May only work Monday through Friday;
Not permitted to work on an NPRC observed Holidays;
Hours will be limited to amount approved by student Financial Aid Award Letter;
Maximum of 8 hours daily of combined class time and work time;
May not work during scheduled class times;
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
Infrequent travel may be required.
OTHER DUTIES:
Perform other duties as assigned relevant to the scope of work.
