Develop, refine, and maintain reporting models for sales, returns, commissions, and reconciliations using Excel, Power Query, and standardized templates. Ensure reporting is accurate, scalable, and audit ready.
Lead process improvement and automation initiatives to streamline reconciliations, strengthen controls, and increase transparency across systems.
Support internal and external audits through clear documentation, ownership of control procedures, and presentation of supporting evidence.

Strong working knowledge of ERP systems, ideally SAP S/4HANA, with clear understanding of end-to-end transaction flow, data dependencies, and cross-system reconciliation.
Experience with accounting systems and reconciliation tools, including preparing and reviewing schedules for accuracy and completeness.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven ability to identify exceptions, determine root cause, and recommend practical solutions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex findings into clear explanations for Finance, Operations, IT, and senior leadership.
High attention to detail, strong ownership attitude, and ability to work independently and effectively in a fully remote environment.
