ABOUT THE ROLE
As the first Customer Success Manager, you will own the complete customer journey, from onboarding through expansion, ensuring every customer gets measurable value from an AI-powered sales automation platform. You will sit at the intersection of sales, product, and engineering, serving as the trusted voice of the customer and directly shaping adoption and company growth.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the end-to-end customer journey spanning sales support, onboarding, adoption, and expansion.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building trusted, long-term partnerships.
- Lead onboarding and implementation programs to ensure a fast time-to-value for new accounts.
- Run workshops and training sessions to accelerate product adoption and share best practices.
- Translate customer feedback into actionable insights and influence the product roadmap.
- Help customers achieve measurable savings and efficiency gains, including support during key negotiations.
- Manage accounts to drive retention, growth, and strategic partnership opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams so customer needs shape development priorities.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 1 year of experience in customer success, account management, or client-relationship management in SaaS, B2B, or consulting.
- Demonstrated experience owning onboarding, implementation, training, adoption, retention, and expansion.
- Confidence engaging C-level stakeholders and building trusted relationships at the executive level.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to present complex issues clearly.
- Proactive, empathetic, and people-oriented, with a genuine drive to create lasting customer value.
- Native German speaker with fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to work fully on-site in Munich five days per week and travel to customers occasionally.
- Experience in construction, supply chain, or the trades is a strong plus.
LOCATION
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Munich, Bavaria, Germany. Occasional travel to customer sites is expected. Visa sponsorship is not available.
