Product Designer

ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll be the third designer on a fast-moving, remote-first team building identity and onboarding infrastructure for businesses globally. Design is central to what differentiates this product, and you'll shape how complex financial and compliance workflows become intuitive, conversion-focused experiences. This is a high-ownership role where your work spans system foundations to end-to-end user journeys.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and maintain a modular design system that powers both live product implementations and Figma prototypes.
- Design complex onboarding flows that adapt to multi-step, modular customer needs.
- Apply a conversion-focused mindset by measuring, testing, and refining every step of the user experience.
- Prototype quickly and systematically, iterating on ideas based on customer feedback and data.
- Collaborate closely with front-end and back-end engineers to ensure designs translate seamlessly into production.
- Help shape design culture and establish standards that enable the team to scale.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 4 to 6+ years designing complex products or workflows, ideally in B2B SaaS, enterprise tools, fintech, or compliance environments.
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining design systems with modular components that work across Figma and live implementations.
- Experience designing for compliance, fintech, or identity and KYC workflows.
- Strong systems thinking: you design scalable, interconnected solutions rather than isolated screens.
- Analytical rigor: you treat user interactions and journeys as testable, optimizable hypotheses and make data-informed decisions.
- Hands-on collaboration with front-end and back-end engineering teams to bring designs to production.
- Proficiency with Figma for design system creation, prototyping, and component management.
- A habit of documenting design decisions, trade-offs, and learnings to keep teams aligned.
- Comfort navigating complexity and ambiguity while moving quickly.
- Experience establishing design standards and culture within growing teams is a plus.
LOCATION
This role is fully remote, open to candidates based in EU timezones. The primary location is France, though candidates across the EU are welcome. Visa sponsorship is not available.
