8+ years of progressive experience in cloud engineering, infrastructure engineering, DevOps, platform engineering, or site reliability engineering.
Proven experience operating and supporting production services in Microsoft Azure.
Hands-on experience configuring Azure DevOps YAML and Classic build and release pipelines.
Practical experience implementing Git branching and repository governance policies.
Hands-on experience writing Terraform and deploying Azure resources through automated pipelines.
Hands-on experience supporting microservices on AKS using Kubernetes and Helm charts.
Experience applying RBAC and access-control standards in cloud and DevOps environments.
Working experience with ITIL Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Enablement, and continual improvement.
