Teamcenter Product Supervisor

Job Description:
Teamcenter / PLM serves as the senior functional and delivery partner between engineering, manufacturing, and IT for Teamcenter-related initiatives. This role leads business analysis, intake, backlog governance, and solution alignment for Teamcenter and its connected enterprise processes, with a focus on product data, BOM governance, lifecycle workflows, and integrations with downstream systems such as SAP.
The role is responsible for translating complex business and engineering needs into structured requirements, governing delivery within Azure DevOps (ADO), and supporting Teamcenter as the enterprise system of record for product-related data.
Key Responsibilities
Leads and mentors a development team to ensure clarity of responsibilities, balanced workload distribution, and consistent delivery.
Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and IT leaders to define priorities and business outcomes for Teamcenter initiatives
Lead workshops and discovery sessions for BOM, lifecycle, and product data processes
Translate complex business needs into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Drive governance of Teamcenter data including part numbers, classifications, and lifecycle states
Lead integration requirements and alignment across Teamcenter, SAP, CAD, and other systems
Manage Azure DevOps backlog including epics, features, user stories, and traceability
Drive delivery execution by ensuring requirements are clear, actionable, and aligned in ADO
Support testing, validation, and release readiness for Teamcenter solutions
Maintain documentation, SOPs, and training materials for PLM processes
Identify process improvement and modernization opportunities
Defines and monitors key performance indicators to assess product success and guide optimization efforts.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of experience in business systems analysis or related role
Experience working with PLM systems (Teamcenter preferred)
Strong experience gathering and documenting requirements
Experience with Azure DevOps and delivery governance
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Teamcenter implementations and integrations
Experience with Autodesk Vault
Familiarity with SAP integration and enterprise data flows
Experience with CAD integrations such as Inventor or Solid Edge
Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models

Pay Range:
$102,876.00 - $139,186.00
