What You'll Be Doing
Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently to support daily production and site operations.
Perform pre-operation inspections and report equipment issues or maintenance needs.
Load, move, and stockpile materials while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
Follow all safety policies, procedures, and environmental requirements.
Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals and production schedules.
What Are We Looking For
Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in an industrial, mining, construction, or similar environment.
Strong commitment to workplace safety and safe work practices.
Ability to perform equipment inspections and identify basic maintenance concerns.
Dependable work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Effective communication skills and the ability to follow operational instructions and procedures.
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
