1. About Our Client:
The organization is a large independent broadband service provider operating in Minnesota and surrounding areas. It offers broadband and telecommunications solutions such as high-speed internet, TV, phone, and security services to both residential and business customers. With a workforce of nearly 800 employees, the organization focuses on delivering reliable technology solutions and service.
2. About the Opportunity:
The Senior Salesforce Administrator role is responsible for leading the design, development, and administration of the organization's Salesforce environment. This position ensures the effective integration and optimization of various Salesforce Clouds and related technologies to support business needs and enhance customer experience. The role contributes by maintaining system performance, governance, and innovation while collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
3. Responsibilities:
Develop and administer Salesforce systems across all Clouds.
Design complex product models and pricing within the CPQ framework.
Create guided customer experiences using OmniStudio tools.
Customize programmatically using Apex, Triggers, and Lightning Web Components.
Maintain secure integrations via REST APIs and Mulesoft.
Conduct technical design reviews to ensure code quality and scalability.
Research Salesforce updates and implement new features including AI capabilities.
Oversee DevOps practices and complex deployments.
Provide oversight for all Salesforce Clouds and products in use.
Optimize configuration and code for performance and scalability.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define technical specifications.
Support the Customer Experience initiative through technical solutions.
Mentor junior administrators and guide configuration changes.
Maintain technical documentation and platform roadmaps.
Handle high-level production support and proactive system maintenance.
Manage user roles, licenses, profiles, and sharing settings.
4. Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience including Salesforce administration and development.
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Communications Cloud (Vlocity), Marketing Cloud, Mulesoft, Field Service Lightning, and Experience Cloud.
Proficiency with Vlocity CPQ, Order Management, OmniStudio tools, Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, JavaScript.
Experience with REST API integrations, Mulesoft, and DevOps tools such as Copado and VS Code.
Knowledge of Salesforce certifications including Administrator, OmniStudio Developer, Industries CPQ Developer, Platform Developer I and II, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Agentforce Specialist.
Experience in documentation, proactive issue resolution, change management, governance, and release management.
Understanding of Salesforce systems, configuration, customization, Lightning Apps, relational databases, SQL, and IT systems.
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
