Role Description The Maintenance Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Mahesana, responsible for ensuring the reliable operation of production equipment and facility systems. Day-to-day tasks include conducting routine inspections, performing preventive maintenance, diagnosing equipment issues, and carrying out repairs to minimize downtime. The role involves coordinating with production teams to plan maintenance activities, maintaining accurate maintenance records, and following safety and compliance standards. The Maintenance Engineer will also support continuous improvement initiatives, assist in implementing upgrades or modifications, and collaborate with external vendors or service providers when needed.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair to ensure safe and efficient operation of machinery.
Candidates should possess skills in Maintenance Engineering and Preventive Maintenance to plan, execute, and optimize maintenance schedules.
Candidates should possess skills in Electrical Maintenance to troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and components.
Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or a related discipline) from a recognized institution.
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, with familiarity in production equipment, safety standards, and maintenance best practices.
Ability to read technical drawings and manuals, use diagnostic tools, and maintain clear documentation of maintenance activities.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on-site in Mahesana.
