Role Description The Branch Head role at Aditya Birla Capital is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The Branch Head is responsible for overseeing day-to-day branch operations, ensuring service excellence, and driving business growth across assigned financial products and services. This includes managing branch staff, setting performance goals, monitoring sales activities, and implementing strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with customers, resolving escalations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies. The Branch Head collaborates with regional and corporate teams on planning, reporting, and process improvement initiatives to strengthen branch performance and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and people management skills, including team supervision, performance coaching, and conflict resolution.
Proficiency in branch operations management, including process adherence, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Experience in sales and business development within financial services, with the ability to drive targets and support cross-selling.
Customer relationship management skills, including client servicing, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication.
Analytical and decision-making abilities, with competence in using data and reports for planning, forecasting, and performance reviews.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Commerce, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification or professional certification in finance or management is an advantage.
Prior experience in managing a branch or unit in banking, NBFCs, insurance, or related financial services is highly beneficial.
Comfort with using digital tools, CRM systems, and MS Office for reporting, documentation, and customer management.
