About Our Client:
The organization operates within the legal industry, providing national law firm services with a focus on litigation support. It addresses the challenges of managing electronic discovery (eDiscovery) workflows across the lifecycle of legal matters, ensuring accurate, consistent, and defensible handling of electronically stored information (ESI). The program supports case teams and litigation support functions to meet client expectations and maintain firm protocols.
About the Opportunity:
The LITIGATION PROJECT ANALYST role is designed to support litigation case teams and the litigation support group by managing eDiscovery workflows. This position facilitates project intake, workspace setup, data management, and execution of processes critical to the review and production of electronic evidence. The role contributes by ensuring accurate tracking, documentation, and adherence to established workflows, supporting the efficiency and defensibility of litigation processes.
Responsibilities:
Gather and confirm case-specific requirements and instructions from case teams or senior staff.
Configure Relativity workspaces using established templates, including permissions and workflows.
Perform data intake and triage of structured and unstructured data under supervision.
Execute standard workflows such as processing coordination, data loading, batching, and basic reporting.
Maintain accurate tracking and documentation of projects, data handling, and production deliverables.
Communicate status updates and escalate risks or delays when identified.
Support document production, including preparation, quality control, and delivery.
Coordinate with external vendors for services like scanning, OCR, or data processing as directed.
Monitor the Relativity environment for issues and notify appropriate team members.
Assist with user account setup and provide basic guidance on Relativity and related tools.
Support training efforts by reinforcing workflows and best practices.
Draft and maintain documentation related to tasks, issues, and resolutions.
Provide support across litigation support applications as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Working knowledge of RelativityOne including workspace configuration and review workflows.
One to three years of experience supporting eDiscovery workflows in a law firm, vendor, or corporate legal setting preferred.
Foundational understanding of eDiscovery practices across the EDRM lifecycle.
Familiarity with data handling concepts, file types, metadata, and document review processes.
Ability to follow established workflows and properly escalate issues.
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Clear communication skills with attorneys, clients, and team members.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
Illinois: $85,000 - $95,000
California: $85,000 - $100,000
Michigan: $83,000 - $93,000
Texas: $83,000 - $93,000
