Stepp’s Towing & Heavy Transport is looking to add Light Duty Tow Operators to our team! We value a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and effective problem-solving abilities.
No Slip Seating – Keep Your Assigned Truck!
All drivers must have their own set of tools once assigned to a truck.
Essential Functions
Respond promptly to accidents, vehicle breakdowns, and roadside emergencies.
Communicate effectively with motorists while en route to service calls.
Carry out minor repairs or tow vehicles to repair facilities as needed.
Safely secure and transport vehicles on your truck.
Remove vehicles parked in unauthorized locations.
Physical Requirements
Lifting, crawling, pulling, constant use of hands, bending, reaching, climbing

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of verifiable commercial motor vehicle driving experience required
Prior towing experience or related field preferred but not required! We will train you to operate the tow truck!
Current DOT Medical Card required before the 1st day of work
Clean driving record required for at least the past 3 years
MUST be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
Commission Pay
30% Commission
This pay structure should not be misconstrued as a salary-paid position.
Schedule
Five-day and Six-day work weeks available (Weekends ARE mandatory)
