Pay rate - $60/hr on W2/Danta Technologies payroll.
Mandatory Skills: Lead implementation assessment, recovery planning, governance, backlog prioritization and launch readiness. Requires Workday stabilization experience across Financials, Accounting Center, Prism, Payroll, LMS, reporting, integrations and production support.
Job Description:
Program Leadership:
Lead end-to-end Workday programs, including implementation, enhancement, stabilization, and transformation initiatives.
Drive program governance, roadmap planning, milestone tracking, risk management, and executive reporting.
Manage multi-stream Workday delivery teams consisting of functional and technical resources.
Define program objectives, success metrics, and business outcomes aligned with client goals.
Implementation & Recovery Management:
Lead implementation assessments, health checks, and recovery planning for challenged Workday programs.
Develop remediation strategies to address project risks, schedule delays, and quality concerns.
Drive launch readiness reviews, cutover planning, and post-production stabilization activities.
Technical Oversight
Govern Workday Integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, PECI, PICOF, and API frameworks.
Provide oversight on Workday Security, Reporting, Prism Analytics, and Extend solutions.
Ensure architecture alignment, scalability, security compliance, and technical best practices.
Review solution designs and integration strategies across enterprise systems.
Stakeholder Management:
Act as the primary interface between executive leadership, business stakeholders, vendors, and delivery teams.
Facilitate steering committee meetings and executive governance reviews.
Communicate program status, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans to senior leadership.
Delivery Excellence
Establish program governance frameworks and delivery methodologies.
Drive backlog prioritization, sprint planning, release planning, and demand management activities.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, SLAs, KPIs, compliance requirements, and audit controls.
Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
12+ years of IT experience with 7+ years managing large-scale Workday programs.
Strong technical expertise across:
Workday HCM
Workday Financials
Workday Integrations (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors)
Workday Security
Reporting and Analytics
Workday Extend
Prism Analytics
Experience leading global delivery teams and managing multi-million-dollar programs.
Strong understanding of Agile, SAFe, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
Demonstrated experience in implementation recovery, stabilization, governance, and transformation programs.
