Job Summary
HonorVet Technologies is looking for a US Pharma Recruiter with 1–2 years of hands-on recruiting experience, preferably supporting Pharmaceutical and Medical Device clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of industry terminology, job functions, and hiring requirements, along with experience sourcing and recruiting candidates across diverse Pharma and Life Sciences functions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for Pharmaceutical and Medical Device positions, from sourcing through candidate placement.
Source, identify, and screen candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, and other recruitment channels.
Recruit for positions across Clinical, Scientific, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, and other related Life Sciences functions.
Understand client requirements and translate job descriptions into effective sourcing strategies.
Evaluate candidates based on technical qualifications, relevant industry experience, skills, and overall role fit.
Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' experience, communication, availability, compensation expectations, and interest in the opportunity.
Maintain and update candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
Coordinate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand hiring priorities and provide regular recruitment updates.
Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of qualified candidates to clients.
Stay updated on Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, and Life Sciences industry terminology, job functions, and talent-market trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–2 years of hands-on recruiting experience, with a primary focus on Pharmaceutical and Medical Device clients.
Strong knowledge of Pharmaceutical and Medical Device terminology, job functions, and industry-specific hiring requirements.
Experience sourcing and recruiting candidates across Clinical, Scientific, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, and related positions.
Strong candidate sourcing, screening, and pipeline management skills.
Ability to understand technical and functional requirements and identify relevant candidate profiles.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage candidates and coordinate with clients and hiring teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment.
Strong attention to detail and effective follow-up skills.
