Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Lead Data Analyst who will not only deliver high-quality data analysis and insights but also mentor and guide junior analysts within the team. This role requires a balance of hands-on technical expertise and leadership skills to drive data-driven decision-making processes across our client engagements. The Lead Data Analyst will be responsible for ensuring data integrity, optimizing data models, and supporting cross-functional teams with critical insights.
Responsibilities
Lead the analysis and interpretation of data to drive strategic business decisions.
Serve as a mentor and coach to junior data analysts, fostering their professional development.
Partner with stakeholders to define data-driven solutions that align with business objectives.
Design and implement robust data models and architecture to support business needs.
Develop advanced SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data efficiently.
Oversee the creation and optimization of dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
