The Role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and debugging responsive web applications for Latitude Health’s multi-tenant healthcare platform. You’ll work primarily with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to turn complex user and business requirements into intuitive, reliable, and scalable frontend experiences.
This is a high-ownership, frontend-first role where you’ll have significant influence over both frontend engineering and UI/UX. You’ll work closely with product, design, backend, and AI engineers to understand user workflows, shape the product experience, and build and continuously improve workflows used by healthcare organizations across the US.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain responsive web applications using React and modern frontend technologies
Build reusable, scalable components and frontend libraries for a multi-tenant application
Translate user and business requirements into intuitive, polished UI/UX
Own frontend features end-to-end, from understanding the problem through development, testing, and production
Work closely with product, design, backend, and AI engineering teams
Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and AI-powered workflows
Ensure applications are performant, accessible, responsive, and reliable
Continuously improve frontend architecture, engineering practices, and user experience
Qualifications
2–3 years of professional frontend development experience
Strong experience with React and TypeScript/JavaScript
Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive web design, and modern frontend engineering principles
Experience building and maintaining production web applications
Experience with reusable component architecture and frontend state management
Understanding of API integration and frontend/backend interactions
Strong UI/UX and product instincts with attention to detail
Familiarity with testing, Git, and modern software development practices
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, highly autonomous environment
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Product-minded and comfortable taking ownership of ambiguous problems
Healthcare or AI experience is a plus, but not requiredHow to Apply
