About the Opportunity:
The STAFF PRODUCT MANAGER, INTEGRATIONS is responsible for leading the strategy, delivery, and scaling of the partner and platform integration ecosystem. This role drives the transition from bespoke partner integrations to a scalable platform model that reduces engineering effort per partner and broadens connectivity. The position requires technical fluency in integration architectures combined with commercial judgment to prioritize and execute integration initiatives that align with business goals.
Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end integration strategy including pricing, packaging, distribution, and readiness for general availability
Manage ongoing collaboration with cross-functional teams throughout integration lifecycle stages
Partner with Engineering to prioritize integration investments balancing short-term demands and long-term scalability
Define and execute platform-based integration strategies enabling customer self-integration
Make decisions on permissioning, security, and licensing models for packaged integrations
Develop business cases and prioritization frameworks with clear criteria for scaling new integrations
Coordinate between Go-to-Market, Partnerships, and Engineering to ensure commercial viability
Drive high-quality product delivery balancing immediate customer needs and core platform innovation
Requirements:
Over 10 years of product management experience in ecosystem or integration roles within B2B SaaS
Proven experience leading initiatives in multi-product portfolio companies
Ability to collaborate effectively with product, design, engineering, and go-to-market leaders
Experience working with distributed engineering teams across multiple time zones
Strong communication skills including documentation, decision logging, and proactive updates
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
