Your Role
This position is to work with an internal team in the EST time zone.
Conduct 2nd interviews that will test the technical depth of candidates and their suitability for positions available
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand the business needs promptly
Be a vital part of the recruitment team
Be a part of the management team within recruitment to aid with hiring decision-making
Requirements
Senior Data Engineer with a deep understanding of data architecture, AI/ML integration, and backend systems
Strong experience designing and deploying scalable, data-driven applications
You have at least 5 years of experience working as an Engineer on projects at scale.
You have hired other engineers to join your team in the past.
You have worked in a high-growth, dynamic company
Advanced English level
Location
This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must be based in regions that align with the Pacific, Central, or Eastern U.S. time zones to ensure effective collaboration with client and team schedules.
