Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Gestion des non-conformités et de la communication associée en interne et en externe (clients et fournisseurs)
Effectue des Audits internes et externes (clients, fournisseurs, prestataires)
Assure les enregistrements qualité (audits internes, base réclamations, contrôles externes, …)
Prépare et participe aux audits de la division fût métal de Grand Quevilly (clients, de certification, d’homologation…)
Assure la gestion de la documentation qualité système liées aux clients et fournisseur
Mise à jour de l’analyse des risques qualité
A autorité pour garantir la conformité des emballages
Respecte et fait respecter les consignes de sécurité, d’hygiène, de qualité et de protection de l’environnement.
Faire l’interface entre les demandes clients et le service règlementaire groupe pour apporter les réponses attendues
Participer à la réunion commerciale
Education and Experience
Posséde un Bac + 2 avec au moins 5 années dans un service qualité dans le secteur industriel.
Knowledge and Skills
Connaître les concepts, outils et méthodes du management de la qualité·
Connaître les outils et méthodes d’analyse de causes et de résolution de problèmes·
Connaître la réglementation, les standards et les bonnes pratiques applicables aux emballages (transport des matières dangereuses, prévention silicone, propreté intérieure …)·
Maîtrise de la norme ISO 9001·
Auditeur Interne·
Formateur Interne·
Rigueur, organisation et esprit analytique·
Aptitude à communiquer (à l'oral et à l'écrit), à convaincre et à transmettre·
Pédagogie, diplomatie et bonnes capacités d'écoute.

Compensation Range:
The pay range for this position is €36,700.00 - €62,500.00 annually. Typically, a competitive wage for new hires will fall between45,000.00 to50,000.00 annually. Offers for this position may vary based on market data and other factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. The position may also be eligible for a short-term incentive.
