Senior Manager, TikTok Shop/Marketplace

Job Description Summary:We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior Manager, TikTok Shop to oversee the day-to-day execution and operations of our TikTok Shop channel. This role will manage product setup, catalog accuracy, inventory coordination, promotional execution, creator and affiliate operations, order-related issues, reporting, and platform compliance. The ideal candidate has strong marketplace and social commerce experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams to ensure the channel operates efficiently and accurately.
Job Description:The Senior Manager, TikTok Shop will lead the daily management and operational execution of the company’s TikTok Shop business across all brands. This role will work closely with the brand team to execute product launches, promotional plans, content initiatives, and brand priorities while coordinating with internal and external partners to maintain a seamless customer experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Oversee the day-to-day operation and execution of TikTok Shop across all brands.
· Manage product setup, listings, pricing, promotions, inventory availability, and catalog accuracy.
· Collaborate closely with the brand team to support product launches, campaign priorities, promotional calendars, and exclusive product initiatives.
· Coordinate with creative and marketing teams to ensure content, product information, imagery, and promotional assets are accurate, on-brand, and delivered on time.
· Manage the operational execution of creator and affiliate programs, including product seeding, campaign setup, commission updates, product eligibility, and creator communication.
· Coordinate TikTok Shop advertising execution, including Shop Ads, GMV Max campaigns, creator amplification, and approved paid media initiatives.
· Monitor inventory levels and work with supply chain and operations teams to prevent out-of-stocks, overselling, and fulfillment issues.
· Oversee account health, platform compliance, shipping performance, cancellations, returns, refunds, customer service escalations, and policy violations.
· Identify and resolve listing, catalog, promotional, order, and platform-related issues with the appropriate internal teams and TikTok Shop support.
· Maintain accurate reporting on sales, inventory, promotions, creator activity, affiliate performance, advertising, and operational KPIs.
· Analyze channel performance to identify operational gaps, executional issues, and opportunities to improve efficiency and the customer experience.
· Manage agency and external partner workflows, deliverables, timelines, and access as needed.
· Stay current on TikTok Shop platform updates, policies, operational requirements, and new tools.
· Provide regular updates to leadership on channel performance, operational priorities, outstanding issues, and recommended next steps.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, social commerce, digital commerce, or a related field.
· 2+ years of hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop, social commerce channels, or marketplace operations.
· Strong knowledge of TikTok Shop catalog management, promotions, creator and affiliate tools, advertising setup, order management, and platform policies.
· Experience managing product launches, promotional calendars, inventory coordination, troubleshooting catalog, account health, and cross-functional workflows.
· Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple brands, products, campaigns, and deadlines.
· Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to identify operational issues and recommend solutions.
· Excellent communication, organization, relationship management, and project management skills.
· Ability to collaborate effectively with brand, creative, marketing, supply chain, finance, customer service, and external partners.
· Experience in beauty, cosmetics, fashion, consumer products, or a related industry is a plus.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

The anticipated compensation range is
91,000.00 - 172,000.00 USD Annual
Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
