Green Spoon Sales is looking for a positive, passionate, and detail-oriented Promotions Coordinator - Midwest. We are seeking a hard-working candidate with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and prior experience managing retailer promotions with key accounts. This is a fully remote position, unless located in the Denver Metro area.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Partner with account managers and assigned retailers to plan, submit, and oversee the execution of promotional programs for our brands.
Serve as the primary promotions lead for designated retailers, fostering strong relationships with brands and account managers, ensuring alignment on promotional strategies.
Manage annual promotional planning in collaboration with brands, account managers, and retailers to drive effective programs.
Continuously improve processes, troubleshoot challenges, and address concerns in partnership with the broader Green Spoon team.
Accurately document and organize all vendor commitments in the appropriate shared company folders for transparency and tracking.
Maintain and optimize company tools and resources to support internal teams and clients, ensuring efficiency and accessibility.
Qualifications & Skills:
3+ years of experience managing promotions or working in a related field within the natural food industry.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously for high-profile retailers.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills to work effectively with internal teams, retailers, and brand partners.
Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Proficiency in managing promotional planning tools and systems.
Requirements:
Great attention to detail & highly organized
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Solid understanding of retailer pricing & discounts required
Previous natural foods & grocery experience required
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and communication skills
