Job Description
It is an individual contributor role at Regional/State Level catering to the following specifications:
Market expansion, Sales and generating new business.
Client relation and retention, Project acquisition.
New business revenue sources (client on-boarding), client relation buildup for lasting business.
Managing complete P&L, remittances and collection.
Handling escalations of Clients, timely response to every query.
Managing account’s operational queries like ensuring in-TAT deliveries and smooth NDR management.
Handling queries on business association and coordination with internal stakeholders for smooth client on-boarding and processing.
Achieve individual, team, and company goals.
Ensure proactive market research on product, competition and business opportunity.
