NET developer who can work with the larger team in the application development and application maintenance space, for a reputed North American Life Insurance client.
Work in a 100+ strong technical team currently supports the client across a multitude of technologies like Java, .Net, Sitecore, Microfocus, CRM, SharePoint, Informatica, etc.
The candidate should:
Develop and maintain web applications using .NET technologies.
Design and implement front end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, or Vue.js).
Collaborate with cross functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Write clean, scalable, and efficient code.
Strong acumen towards AI and experience in usage of AI tools like GitHub co pilot to bring in efficiency.
Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.
Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting edge.
Work independently under limited supervision
Possess strong understanding and experience in SDLC phases.
Have good analytical and problem solving skills.
Take responsibility of the tasks assigned and deliver within timelines.
Have urge to learn to upskill and reskill based on the project needs.
Good communication and interpersonal skills– written and verbal.
Understand the concepts of Agile methodology.
Provide design specifications.
Provide task estimates.
Possess positive attitude to work and be a good team player.
