What You'll Do:
Conduct field activities, including collecting samples of various environmental media (soil, sediment, groundwater, surface water, and air)
Participate in environmental investigation programs, including Phase l/ll Environmental Site Assessments
Invoice/budget preparation and budget tracking
Data compilation, reduction, and interpretation
Evaluate environmental regulations
Prepare environmental reports
Contractor liaison/oversight for investigation and remedial programs
Problem-solving using standard engineering / scientific methods
Coordinate project tasks, implementing fieldwork, participating in remedial design efforts
Demonstrate effective analytical, interpretive, time, and project management skills
What You Bring:
Bachelor of Science degree in environmental engineering, geology, or a science-related field
1-2 years of relevant experience
Proficient with MS Office Suite of products
Able to conduct some fieldwork with heavy lifting
40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER training a plus
Must possess a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
Salary Range:
$70,000.00 - $72,000.00
