We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our growing Structural team. We’re redefining environmental consulting and sustainable engineering through cutting‑edge technology and a genuine commitment to people. With over 2,000 experts across 90+ offices, we deliver smart, data‑driven solutions that help shape a more sustainable future.

What You'll Do:
Manage multiple projects and set priorities for staff and sub-consultants
Develop new clients and help write proposals
Coordinate and manage client requests and needs
Apply a comprehensive knowledge of structural engineering principles
Serve as a technical advisor to other staff
Review design and production deliverables, ensuring industry standard of care and compliance with PACE standards and policies
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (Master degree is preferred)
10+ years of experience in Civil/Structural Engineering
Washington State PE required or ability to obtain within 6 months
Oregon State PE required or ability to obtain within 6 months
Experience with concrete and steel design
Salary Range:
$138,000 - $182,000
