Role Description The Executive Creative Director is a full-time, remote role responsible for setting and driving the overall creative vision for Startup Adviser across all channels. In this role, you will lead the development of brand concepts, content narratives, and visual systems that support our mission of empowering entrepreneurs and investors. You will oversee creative strategy, manage and mentor designers and content creators, and ensure consistency and quality in all creative deliverables. Day-to-day tasks include directing campaigns, reviewing and refining design work, collaborating with marketing and content teams, and translating business goals into compelling creative ideas. You will also analyze audience engagement, experiment with new formats, and maintain a high creative standard that strengthens the brand and grows our community.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in Creative Direction and Creative Strategy, with a track record of leading impactful multi-channel campaigns.
Strong skills in Branding, including developing and maintaining brand identity, voice, and visual systems.
Proficiency in Art Direction and Graphic Design, with the ability to guide visual concepts from idea to execution.
Experience leading and mentoring creative teams, and collaborating effectively with marketing, product, and content stakeholders.
Background in digital content, social media, or media/entertainment, ideally within entrepreneurship, finance, or education-focused brands.
Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities, with a portfolio showcasing strategic and creative work.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Design, Communications, Marketing) or equivalent practical experience.
