Role Description This is a full-time remote Project Manager role responsible for coordinating tokenization projects for real-world assets from inception through completion. The Project Manager will oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution; align internal advisory, legal, engineering, and compliance teams; and serve as a primary point of contact for asset owners and external partners. Daily tasks include tracking milestones, managing timelines and dependencies, monitoring risks and issues, and ensuring projects stay within scope and budget. The role also involves preparing status reports, facilitating cross-functional meetings, optimizing processes, and maintaining clear, professional communication with stakeholders across time zones.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and stakeholder management.
Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to ensure timely movement of tasks, deliverables, and approvals across teams.
Candidates should possess Inspection skills to review project outputs, verify quality, and ensure adherence to regulatory and technical requirements.
Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to organize resources, track dependencies, and manage workflows across multiple venues and partners.
Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects in finance, fintech, blockchain, or regulated industries is beneficial.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and deadline-driven execution.
Clear written and verbal communication skills and comfort working in a fully remote, distributed team environment.
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile/Scrum) are a plus.
