Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Medical Laboratory Technician located in Malappuram. The Medical Laboratory Technician will be responsible for conducting laboratory tests, analyzing samples, and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of test results. Daily tasks will include operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, performing quality control procedures, and assisting in diagnostic testing. The technician will also collaborate with healthcare professionals to support patient care and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Medical Technology and Laboratory Medicine concepts
Skilled in Laboratory Techniques and the use of Laboratory Equipment
Experience in implementing and adhering to Quality Control procedures
Strong understanding of safety and regulatory standards in laboratory settings
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain accuracy under pressure
Diploma or degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related discipline
Relevant certification and licensure as per regulatory requirements
Prior experience in a healthcare or diagnostic laboratory is a plus
