Job Description
We are looking for motivated, friendly, and service-driven individuals who enjoy helping others create memorable vacation experiences. As a Vacation Experience Consultant, you will work with clients to understand their vacation needs, preferences, and budget while helping them research and plan experiences such as cruises, all-inclusive resorts, theme park vacations, hotels, and more.
This is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is comfortable learning new systems, can work independently, and is willing to complete ongoing training to grow their knowledge and skills.
No previous industry experience is required. Training, resources, and support are provided.
Responsibilities
Communicate with clients to understand their vacation needs, preferences, and budget.
Research destinations, resorts, cruises, hotels, activities, and vacation packages.
Create personalized vacation options and quotes for clients.
Assist clients throughout the planning and booking process.
Provide professional customer service before, during, and after a client's vacation.
Stay informed about destinations, suppliers, promotions, and industry updates.
Complete supplier and destination training as needed.
Maintain organized client information and follow-up communication.
Build relationships with potential and returning clients.
Manage your schedule and business activities independently.
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer-service skills.
Reliable access to a smartphone, computer, and internet connection.
Comfortable communicating through phone, email, and text.
Organized and able to manage multiple client requests.
