Role Description This is a full-time remote role in the founder’s office at Aurig AI. The role involves working closely with the founding team on strategic initiatives, company-wide projects, and operational priorities across product, growth, and talent. Day-to-day responsibilities may include conducting market and competitive research, preparing investor and partner materials, designing and tracking key metrics, and managing cross-functional projects from ideation to execution. The individual will help streamline decision-making, create internal processes and documentation, and support high-impact experiments across business development, operations, and product. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in an early-stage environment, is comfortable with ambiguity, and enjoys owning end-to-end outcomes.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights and recommendations.
Experience in strategy, operations, consulting, product, or founder’s office roles, preferably in technology or AI-driven organizations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create concise presentations, reports, and executive-ready documents.
Demonstrated project management skills, with experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and delivering results under tight timelines.
Comfort with remote, globally distributed teams and digital collaboration tools; ability to work independently with high ownership.
Interest in AI, engineering talent, and future-of-work trends; prior exposure to startup environments is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Business, Economics, Engineering, or similar) or equivalent practical experience.
High level of integrity, adaptability, and a proactive problem-solving mindset aligned with a fast-paced, experimentation-driven culture.
