Lead Mfg Process Trainer

Job Description
In this role, you will impact the overall manufacturing performance by driving effective training initiatives that support process improvements, reduce errors, and foster a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing process training programs tailored to the needs of production teams.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure employees understand and adhere to manufacturing processes and quality standards.
Collaborate with manufacturing engineers and process owners to update training content based on process changes and improvements.
Evaluate training effectiveness and make continuous improvements to training materials and delivery methods.
Provide coaching and support to manufacturing personnel to enhance their process knowledge and skills.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
Experience in manufacturing process training or a related field within a production environment.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards.
Ability to develop training materials and deliver effective training sessions.
Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and tools.
WE VALUE
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
5+ years of experience in manufacturing process training or manufacturing operations.
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate trainees.
Experience with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
