Industrial Engineer

We are looking for an Industrial Engineer to improve manufacturing efficiency, production flow, capacity utilization, and operational performance.
Responsibilities
Analyze production processes, cycle times, capacity, and workflow efficiency.
Identify production bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
Optimize production layouts, workstation design, and material flow.
Support line balancing and capacity planning.
Develop and maintain standardized work procedures.
Analyze productivity, yield, downtime, and operational performance data.
Support continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives.
Work closely with engineering, production, and quality teams.
Support new product introduction and production ramp-up.
Track improvement projects and measure operational results.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering, or production operations.
Understanding of production flow, capacity planning, and process optimization.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good cross-functional communication skills.
