Role: Project Manager
Location: Remote
Duration: 6+ Months (Possible Extension)
Position will support Precision Medicine programs focused on obesity and related diseases and cardiovascular disease.
Primary focus will be supporting clinical development programs and biomarker strategy/execution.
Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets:
1. Clinical development and scientific foundation
Strong clinical operations experience within biotech/pharma, supported by a scientific background. Able to understand biomarker, translational, and clinical-development activities and translate scientific strategy into practical execution plans.
2. Proactive program management and execution
Highly motivated, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrates a “can-do” mindset, takes ownership of complex or unfamiliar work, anticipates risks, and drives timelines, deliverables, budgets, and follow-up actions to completion.
3. Collaborative, adaptable team leadership
Positive, eager-to-learn team contributor who communicates clearly and works effectively across functions. Comfortable influencing without direct authority, coordinating diverse stakeholders, and adapting quickly as program priorities or scientific assumptions evolve.
