Zoho Solutions Consultant (Part-Time Contract)

BoostedCRM is hiring a part-time Zoho Solutions Consultant to help lead client engagements, improve business systems, and deliver practical solutions across the Zoho ecosystem.
We’re looking for someone who is comfortable working directly with clients, understanding business needs, recommending solutions, and helping move projects from discovery to execution. This is not just a configuration role. We want someone who can think strategically, communicate clearly, and help clients get real value from the systems we build.
What You’ll Do
Lead client-facing Zoho consulting engagements
Run discovery calls and gather business requirements
Design and implement solutions across Zoho applications
Guide clients through training, rollout, and adoption
Coordinate with our development team on customizations and integrations
Manage follow-up, communication, and project momentum
Identify ways to improve client workflows and systems
What We’re Looking For
Must be based in North America
East Coast preferred
Experience with Zoho consulting, implementation, or administration
Strong client communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage priorities
Experience with CRM systems and business process improvement
Familiarity with REST APIs and integrations
Experience with Zoho Deluge strongly preferred
Familiarity with Zoho apps such as CRM, Desk, Campaigns, Books, Creator, and Flow is a plus
