Senior Full-Stack Engineer / Technical Team Lead in Argentina

We’re hiring a Senior Full-Stack Engineer / Technical Team Lead in Argentina to join BoostedCRM and help lead development across complex SaaS integrations, business applications, automation, and AI-driven workflows.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role. We are looking for someone who can architect solutions, write production-quality code, review and improve the work of other developers, and help guide a growing technical team.
What you’ll work on
Full-stack web applications and internal platforms
SaaS, CRM, ERP, and third-party API integrations
AI agents and workflow automation
Complex backend business logic and data flows
Architecture, code reviews, and development standards
Mentoring and supporting other developers
Estimation, technical planning, and troubleshooting
Technical background
We’re looking for strong experience with:
JavaScript / TypeScript
Node.js
React / Next.js
REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and third-party integrations
SQL / PostgreSQL
Git and modern development workflows
Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Testing, debugging, and CI/CD
Experience with any of the following is a major plus:
Python
OpenAI, Claude, or other LLM APIs
AI agents, RAG, MCP, or AI orchestration
n8n or similar automation platforms
CRM or ERP systems such as Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, or similar platforms
Leadership experience
You should be comfortable:
Leading and mentoring developers
Reviewing code and enforcing development standards
Making architecture decisions
Breaking larger requirements into manageable development tasks
Identifying technical risks before they become delivery problems
Communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical team members
What we’re looking for
Ideally 7+ years of professional software development experience
Prior experience as a Senior Engineer, Technical Lead, or similar
Strong spoken and written English
Ability to overlap several hours with U.S. Pacific Time
Independent, organized, and comfortable taking ownership
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Location
Argentina preferred.
This is a remote position working with a U.S.-based technology consulting company and an international development team.
Initial engagement
We plan to begin with a paid part-time engagement of approximately 20 hours per week for 30–45 days.
The goal is to transition the right person into a long-term full-time technical leadership role.
Initial compensation is expected to be approximately $2,000–$2,500 USD per month for the part-time engagement, depending on experience.
Full-time compensation will be discussed based on experience and performance during the initial engagement.
